Viewings

At Gray’s Residential, we aim to help you schedule viewings to fit in with your lifestyle. That means that we work to arrange viewings outside of our usual working hours where necessary.

Right To Rent Checks

When you rent a home in the UK, we have to check that you’re eligible. We undertake Right to Rent checks for all our tenants.

Contracts

Once you’ve chosen your perfect property we will finalise the contracts so that you can get signed up and moved in.

Repairs & Maintenance

Sometimes things just stop working or are even accidentally broken. As part of our service for tenants under our full management instruction, we will arrange and facilitate any necessary repairs and maintenance.

Deposit Protection

We are signed up to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, which means that your deposit is insured and protected.

Check In And Inventory

Prior to move in, we will have professional, independent inventory clerk complete a check-in and inventory, to ensure that everything is checked and logged on day 1.

Out Of Hours
